计费说明

使用999短信充值电话卡打长途回中国,话费包括两个部分,一部分是本地话费,一部分是长途话费。
长途话费就从您充值的卡里扣除(打国内座机、手机都是每分钟1p;每通电话的接通费是1p)。
本地话费按您的手机的标准费率收取,具体如下:
    如果您是充值手机用户(Pay as you go),各手机网络公司的费率从每分钟10多p到30多p不等,白天和晚上的费率也不尽相同,具体看您的合同;
    如果您是跨网络包月手机的用户(Pay monthly),020 7124 6666计算在您的免费分钟内,本地话费部分您就不用再另外花钱了,只是用掉您的免费分钟。(因为所拨打的接入号码020 7124 6666是英国普通座机。)

例如,您往国内打60分钟的电话,您的花费是:

Pay as you go用户:
长途费60x1p+1p=61p(从充值中扣除),加上本地话费——标准费率(假设每分钟12p,60x12p=720p;有的pay as you go每天前三分钟每分钟12p,之后每分钟5p,则3x12p+57x5p=321p;或者您在晚间非高峰时段拨打,则按晚间费率计算)。总共的费用为61+720=781p或61+321=382p

Pay monthly用户:
长途费60x1p+1p=61p(从充值中扣除),本地话费部分免费(消耗掉您60分钟的免费分钟,如果超出了您的免费分钟,超出部分按您合同上注明的费率计算)。总共的费用为61p

999短信充值电话卡90天有效期的说明

999短信充值电话卡(通过8004180550号码充值)的90天有效期不是从您充值那天或拨打第一个电话开始计算,而是从您上一次通话开始计算。如果在您上一次使用020 7124 6666接入号码以后90天内,您一直都没有再次使用您的卡,那么卡中的余额将作废。当然,如果您在上一次使用以后第89天又一次使用您的卡,那么有效期自动延长至下一个90天。即只要您连续的两次使用999卡的间隔不超过90天,那么您卡中的充值余额将一直有效,直至您用完所有的充值。

短信充值说明

您发短信99980041后,会收到下面两条短信,每条短信花去您1.5镑,您将得到3镑话费充值。

您发短信99980550后,会收到下面这条短信,此短信花去您5镑,您将得到5镑话费充值。

如果您是Pay As You Go手机用户,收到上述短信后,您的Pay As You Go手机中的充值余额会自动减少3镑或5镑以用作国际长途话费部分的充值。如果您的Pay As You Go中的充值余额没有减少,则说明您的充值没有成功,请再次发送短信999到80041或80550。如果Pay As You Go中的充值余额相应减少(即充值成功),而您无法通过020 7124 6666拨打国际长途,请和我们的客户服务部门联系 (info@uk-justdial.com)。来信中请写明您用来充值的手机的号码,充值的日期及时间,充值的次数,通过80041还是80550充值,是否收到回复短信等信息。

如果您是Pay Monthly手机用户,当月的手机账单中会显示相应的3镑或5镑的收费。

  1. What is UK-JustDial 999 Card?
    UK-JustDial 999 Card allows you to make very cheap international calls from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit, which can be topped up on request.

  2. How do I buy a card?
    Simply text message '999' to 80041 for a £3 call credit
    Simply text message '999' to 80550 for a £5 call credit

    The text message costs £3 or £5 (charged to you by your mobile provider) and for this we send you a calling card directly to your mobile phone.

  3. How do I use UK-JustDial 999 Card?
    Simply call the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that which you bought your card from then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again.   4. What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
    Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. DO NOT resend the message as you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours and you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.

  5. Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
    UK-JustDial 999 Card can be used to call any destination in the world. A connection charge equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country is also charged per call. A 0800 surcharge is two pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate. 0800 access from a payphone is twenty pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate.

    Access via 0845 / 0207 is charged as your service provider's standard rate. Calls charged per minute and rounded to the nearest penny.

  6. How much does a call to COUNTRY X cost?
    First, choose your country, the price to call that country is then displayed. This is the price per minute for your call and includes VAT and the costs for the international part of the call.

    Our access numbers are accessible from any UK phone, including payphones. However, be aware that calls from payphones could be surcharged and may cost more than the price stated on this website.

    The only charge you see is the cost of the premium rate text sent to 80041 or 80550, £3 or £5 respectively on your mobile phone bill.

  9. Can I use my credit to call from any phone?
    Yes, you can. If you decide to make a call from a phone other than the one you sent your text from, then you will have to use the PIN number supplied in the confirmation text.

    Because we never spend money on things you can do without, you pay for your calls and nothing else. Your service and account is all managed online which means that we can pass on the savings to you.

  12. Can I use the service outside the UK?
    Unfortunately our access numbers will only work in the United Kingdom. So if you live abroad or if you are on holiday outside the UK you cannot make use of our services.

  13. How do I contact customer services?
    In order to keep our prices so low, we have opted not to have an expensive call centre. Any questions you may have contact us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  14. When I ring someone abroad will they be charged for the call as well?
    Normally the person receiving a call will never be charged. However if you are abroad with your mobile (i.e. not in the country the mobile number originates from) your mobile provider will charge you for receiving calls whilst abroad also known as roaming charges.   15. Using your UK-JustDial 999 Card

    1. For access dial: 020 7124 6666 (national access) or 0800 594 6666 (freephone).
    2. Listen to the message.
    3. If you're dialling from another phone, use your PIN at the prompt.
    4. At the prompt, dial your international destination number (including the prefix '00'). Don't press SEND button - we'll connect you directly.
    5. That's it - you're connected.

    The cost of the calls you make is charged to your mobile bill or your Pay As You Go credit.

  17. When will my phone card expire?
    The card will expire after 90 days of non-usage.

    For the 999 card, the 90 day period starts neither from the day the users send message '999' to top up, nor from the day the users make the first 0207 124 6666 call. It is from the day of your last phone call. From that day, count 90 days.

    For example, if the user makes a call and does not make any call again for 89 days from that day, and then makes a call on that 89th day, then he can keep his credit for another 90 days. That is, if the period between two calls is not longer than 90 days then the user can keep his credit as long as he likes until he runs out of credit.
